I’ve never been someone who gives up. Through changing markets, life transitions, and unexpected challenges, I’ve always believed that when you stay grounded in faith and keep moving forward, there is purpose in every season.
For years, I felt called to real estate—but like many seasons of life, the timing had to be right. Raising my daughters while running a cleaning business didn’t leave much room for anything else. But once they were older, I took a leap of faith and earned my real estate license in 2003. What I didn’t realize at the time was how much that decision would shape not only my career, but my calling to serve others.
I grew up in Wisconsin with a strong desire to build something of my own. I’ve always valued hard work, independence, and creating a life where I could be present for my family. Becoming a young mom taught me responsibility early on, and starting my own business strengthened my work ethic and resilience.
After 15 years of running my cleaning business, I knew it was time for a new chapter. Real estate had always been on my heart—not just for the business side, but for the opportunity to truly help people during some of the most important moments of their lives.
Like many in this industry, I experienced the challenges of the market downturn. There were seasons where things were uncertain, and I had to lean on faith, perseverance, and a willingness to do whatever it took to keep moving forward. Those moments shaped who I am today—not just as a business owner, but as a person who understands what it means to navigate life’s ups and downs.
Over time, with consistency, trust in God’s plan, and a heart for serving others, my business began to grow again. Eventually, I stepped into leadership and built a team that shares those same values. Today, I’m incredibly proud to mentor agents who are new to the industry and help them build careers rooted in integrity, service, and relationships.
Outside of real estate, my life is centered around faith, family, and community. My husband Dan and I have built a beautiful blended family, and we are blessed with eight grandchildren who bring so much joy into our lives. We love spending time at our cabin in Danbury—riding ATVs, fishing, and simply enjoying time together.
I’m also passionate about giving back, whether it’s volunteering through Saint Anne’s or supporting local community events. Serving others has always been an important part of who I am.
When I look back, I see how every step—every challenge and every opportunity—has led me to where I am today. Real estate isn’t just a career for me. It’s a way to serve.
What truly sets my business apart is the relationships we build. Most of our clients come from referrals and repeat business, which means everything to me. Trust is something I never take lightly. I treat every client like family, and my goal is always to make the process as smooth, supportive, and stress-free as possible.
My team and I are highly solution-focused. From negotiations to coordinating with trusted vendors, we handle every detail with care and efficiency. We’ve built strong relationships within the industry, allowing us to move quickly and navigate challenges with confidence.
We also take a proactive approach—offering tools like pre-listing inspections to help our clients stay ahead and avoid surprises. It’s all part of delivering a better experience and stronger results.
At the end of the day, my mission is simple:
to serve with integrity, lead with faith, and help people move forward into the next chapter of their lives with confidence and peace of mind.
Sincerely,
Amy McCune
